Maine Archives and Museums (MAM) invites you to sponsor our conference, to be held in person and online this October 12 & 13, 2023!  Whether you specialize in archival storage materials, consulting services, retail/gift shop items, or services and products that enhance visitor experiences, we invite your participation.

This conference offers an opportunity for you to share your organization’s message with volunteers and professionals working in all aspects of Maine’s museums, historic sites, and archives.  

• Find your target audience among professionals representing museums, archives, libraries, historical societies, historic sites, and more.
• Develop your brand with museum and archives professionals throughout Maine.
• Continue connections with your current customers.

When:  Thursday and Friday, October 12 & 13, 2023

Where:  University of Maine at Presque Isle and online!

Deadlines:  

• August 1, 2023 for Gold and Host sponsors to be included in postcard mailer to 1,500 museum and archive professionals in Maine
• September 17, 2023 for all other benefits

Sponsorship package #1: “Presenting Sponsor”--$1,000 -- SOLD OUT

All the benefits of “Host Sponsorship,” plus:

• Exclusivity: only one sponsor at this level
• Logo on front cover of conference program
• Logo in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• Logo in quarterly print and digital newsletter to MAM members
• Speaking opportunity during keynote introduction (or special mention by MAM staff if unable to attend) 

Sponsorship package #2: "Host Sponsor"--$350 

All the benefits of “Gold Sponsorship,” plus:

• Semi-exclusivity: only 4 sponsors at this level
• Exclusive Host listing in conference program (ex. "Sessions hosted by Smith Consulting")
  
• Signage at conference featuring organization name and/or logo
• Logo featured during conference proceedings over Zoom
• Logo in the conference program, on MAM's website, and in email marketing to over 1,500 email addresses
• Featured text listing in quarterly print  and digital newsletter to MAM members 
• Featured text listing in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• Two (2) admissions to the conference

Sponsorship package #3: "Gold Sponsor"--$200

• Text listing in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• A Tweet-length statement (280 characters) from you to accompany your text listing in the conference program
• One (1) exhibit space of not more than a 6-ft. table
• One (1) admission to the conference

Sponsorship package #4: "Silver Sponsor"--$100

• Text listing in the conference program, on MAM’s website, and in email marketing to over 1,500 email addresses
• Promotional handout in conference packet (please provide copies for all registrants)
• List of conference participants
