Larger Museums and Historical Societies
An Informal Roundtable Discussion

Join Seashore Trolley Museum Executive Director Katie Orlando for a drop-in Q&A session to discuss your questions about running a larger museum or historical society. Katie will be available to chat about issues including transitioning volunteer positions to staff positions, relationships between board members and staff, adapting to a new building, using PastPerfect, running a gift shop, shifting programs to a virtual format, managing interns and volunteers, and forging successful community collaborations. This will be an informal chat driven by member questions, so drop-ins at any time during the hour are welcome.
This event will not be recorded.
