Maine Contemporary Archives talks about Omeka

Join members of the Maine Contemporary Archives Collaborative (MCA) for a conversation about Omeka, a web publishing platform for sharing digital collections and exhibits. We want to know: What tools are you using to create online access to your collections? Do you have ideas for showcasing collection items, building interactive exhibits, or collaborating with your community on digital history projects? Would you be interested in using Omeka.net if it was offered at a free or reduced rate? Omeka is open-source software widely used by archives, museums, libraries, and universities. MCA members have used Omeka for participatory archives projects and have resources to share about setting up a site, uploading items, and creating exhibits. Join us for this roundtable discussion!
